I made a new OC! :iconfluttershyyayplz: Imma use this mostly for commission references.   I changed the name cuz I realized a pokemon has that name

Name: Floetela
Species: Dragon Snapper
Age: Unknown - Probably above 18
Speciality: Likes to groom and do haircuts.
Description: A pony who lives in a cottage outside of a small town. Has a saloon and barber-shop in her house. She's stubborn and doesn't trust anyone easily, but is really patient. She usually grooms and accessories her dragons so she looks less threatening. 

Dragon Snappers are a closed species that belong to :iconponns: and :iconsarahostervig:, thus you cannot make your own and must ask her for permission to make one
