Hello! Long time since I submitted
This time I drew a litwick~ I couldn't be prouder C:
I did this for a template on pokefarm.
Anyways, I still added a watermark since I don't want any thiefs.
I didn't worked that much on the background, but it still looks nice.
And those ugly letters are an amazing con of not having photoshop *sobs*
